Salt Secret is a day spa hidden below street level at 55 Erb St E., Unit 113 in uptown Waterloo, minutes from Kitchener and the rest of Waterloo Region. Behind the doors of Derma Secret Medical Spa you will find four private rooms: a Himalayan salt sauna, an essential oil-infused steam room, a private salt treatment room, and a Himalayan salt cave where halotherapy sessions take place.

What is halotherapy?
Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a natural, non-invasive wellness experience. A specialized halogenerator disperses microscopic particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air, allowing guests to gently breathe them in while relaxing inside the salt cave.
Many guests incorporate halotherapy into their wellness routines to support respiratory comfort, skin wellness, stress relief, relaxation, and an overall sense of well-being.
